fronted hardware store 'F D Work & Co. craftsman timber kit superbly
made by expert modeller John Hughes but never used on a layout. 195 x 135
base x 127mm high (approx 8 x 5.5 x 5"). These kits were all bought many
years ago at a Narrow Gauge Convention in Durango. They were the first run
from a small firm in Leadville and I do not know if they became commercial.
It took John 42 hours of craftsmanship building and painting to get them
made so well. To be sold as one lot. Weight c750g packed. £75.00 the lot of four unused buildings.
