Bowser 18" turntable, assembled and mounted in a square baseboard. This is the well modelled 130ft. one needed to turn the large American articulated Mallet locomotives and is very rare.  It was bought, built and installed in an unfinished layout many years ago but a change of address meant that it was not used.

It comes with the electric motor drive which was an expensive extra but never installed.

The girders are diecast and look superb. The timber superstructure was very well built complete with the central gallows. Some of the small timbers, including the gallows centre, have become detached in transit over the years. Since the item will have to be posted, it would not be a good idea to do the small amount of re-gluing prior to despatch to make packaging and safe transit easier.

Weight boxed 5,780 packed 6,250g.   £75.00
